A Top Flight Traffic Exchange.......Its LIVE!

Hi Friends!

Today (Thursday 5/14/09) at NOON Est a new Traffic Exchange called
Top Flight Traffic will be launching. You may be thinking, ok, there
is a new Traffic Exchange launching everyday; what makes this one
different?

Well, it is a fair question indeed, so I will say the biggest difference
is the person behind it - - - Randy Ritter. I met Randy a few months
ago from an introduction by Ken Athas; owner of HitsImpossible.

Ken introduced Randy to the DHS Club; of which I am a Team Strategist and
Bronze Manager. Randy mentioned that he was planning on launching a Traffic
Exchange soon; and today that day has come. As soon as Randy began working his
DHS Club Business I could see his leadership qualities right away. He is a
quick study; but very detail oriented. He asks all the right questions; and
he seeks answers if he does not know. In a very short time; Randy has moved
all the way to the Builder Coach level in the DHS Club (Discount Home Shopping
Club). He has two great leaders he is mentoring right now; Justin Henderson
and Ray Anderson. Justin has recently become a Builder Coach himself; and Ray
is a Builder Intern who is on the way to Builder Coach soon. Randy takes the
time to help and mentor them; and believes in maintaining a person relationship
with all of those who enter his DHS organization; whether they are customers or
fellow business owners.

So what does this all have to do with a Traffic Exchange? Well, I firmly believe
that the qualities Randy possesses will parlay into a tremendous run in the
Traffic Exchange industry. You can count on being thought of as more than just
a referral number; but a REAL LIVE CUSTOMER! You can count on personal support;
and also the leadership qualities to take the exchange through the rough times
all new businesses go through. You will also have the opportunity to join Randy
in the DHS Club; for he has added it to his downline builder. Randy has joined
forces with Dan Moses, of PageSwirl fame; who is his Launch Manager. The graphics at
Top Flight Traffic look great, the script is solid, the surfing smooth, and
as we have said the support is superb. All and all I think we have a winner here!

Happy Easter Everyone

Hope you had a great day today. I know I sure did. As with all Holidays it is a good time
to give thanks for all we have and plan for a successful future as well. You can choose
your attitude everyday. We can also re-label things to create a more positive atmosphere.
An example of this would be, say, a tough project that we need to tackle. I could take two
approaches:

1) I hate this project - its takes forever usually and never comes out the way I want it to.

OR

2) This is a challenging project, I'm going to have fun working on it and am going to laugh
each time I start to feel frustrated.
